You’ll be given a souvenir beer glass on entry. These can be washed or exchanged for a clean cup at any time during the festival (free of charge) and they are yours to keep afterwards. Please don’t bring any glass with you into the site but you’re welcome to bring a green man stack cup!
We will be operating a drinks token system to ensure speedy service at the bar. Tokens can be bought on the day, in multiples of £5 or £10. Please note, tokens are non-refundable so only buy what you intend to drink. We will be accepting cash and card payments.
CAN I SMOKE?
The same regulations apply at courtyard as the rest of the country – you can smoke in the open air but not inside the tents. Look out for the ‘no smoking’ signs.
There will be a nice friendly green man vibe, however the evening only sessions on Thursday and Friday are not suitable for children. During the daytime sessions on Saturday, Sunday and Monday there will be a small programme of children’s activities.
All children (aged 12 and under) attending on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will require a free children’s ticket, there are no discounts for the over 12s. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult aged over 21 at all times and have pre-registered for tickets. Maximum of 4 under 18s per adult.
FOOD & DRINK
There’s going to be loads of delicious street food on sale, lots of which will be coming directly from wales. Please check back later for further details of what will be available.
Please don’t bring your own alcohol, this is a welsh beer and cider festival; come to try all our delicious booze.
Any lost property handed in will be taken to the merchandise tent. Any lost property will be safely stored and a log of any items handed in. after the event has finished you can contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your property was found.
As well as great beer and cider there will be great music too. Please see our line-up page for full details of who is playing when. We’ll be announcing loads more acts in the run up to the festival.
Yes we will be stocking a small selection of soft drinks, wine, spirits and mixers.
Tickets to courtyard 2017 include entrance into the festival site, a souvenir glass and a programme. Ticket prices vary from £10 to £20 and we’ll be having a lot more music on Saturday and Sunday.

WHEN IS COURTYARD?
Courtyard takes place on Thursday 25th may to Monday 29th may 2017.
There will be music after 6pm on Thursday and Friday with a silent disco after 10pm.
We’ll have music from 1pm on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
